His says and her says

Am tired tonight from my workout earlier today
Oh I can’t hear you, the line is breaking
that’s my sister’s perfume and underwear
am hanging with my gay friend
can’t see you today, got to do some stuff for dad
am pregnant
Am not a flirt, just prefers the company women give me
Am in my period
I didn’t do nothing, she just called and said it was over
Am at home on my bed
I don’t live with my mom, my mom lives with me
I don’t like sex
she’s my study partner and we have group study at 2am
only had sex with 5 guys in my life
she’s been calling my phone all the time
am going home for the weekend
she kissed me, I didn’t kiss her back
it’s a sleepover with my girls
am in a bad place in my life right now and I don’t wanna drug you down to
I have never even hugged him before
am never gonna pay a hooker for sex
am broke
am still a virgin
she’s not my type
am going to bed, talk to you tomorrow
she’s just my ex
that’s my uncle
I like you just the way you are
Am nice to him because of you
i was looking at the dude next to her
That hot girl is my cousin, ask my boys
Am hanging out with the boys tonight
You look guf in ‘em jeans
I just wish we could be friends, no strings attached
You’re my only one
I didn’t tell you ‘cos I didn’t wanna hurt your feelings
And then there’s >> its not you it’s me

That good guy game

Apparently the players got game
Really
The good guy got game
The good guy don’t work twice as hard as the player
The player goes to bed with fluctuating conscience
The good guy goes to bed with mixed feeling

Norm hypocrisy

“Am not lying”
Who is then?
“I like being around people”
Joke! Tell it the mirror
“Oh sure you can have it”
A heart ache
With an everyday tolerance
Not a bad thing at all
If everybody would admit to it
Not a bad feeling at all
If you would not smile constantly
Like you super-glued it
While you hands control a punch
Would not bad at all
If you told her not to name it
That it was all fun and games
Light hearted you would fill
If you didn’t tell her she looked great
Silliness comes back
To preoccupy you
When tolerance has an anxiety attack
Deal with things the old fashion way
And Lord Help you >> you are mean
Yet, the that-was-not-nice sayers
got you on speed dial to do ‘em dirty work
Did you tell her I will die for you…. Negro why!
I got you, whenever my game is up
In that particular situation >>> perfect
Am getting dislocated in the shoulder
Because you can’t handle you business
Shame on you for calling yourself a man
Can’t wait for you to grow up alongside your age

Apparently

The simple “I forgive” and “I forget”
is effortless in words.
The awareness of the hurt
is simple in dealings.
“Am sorry” is supposed to work but
feelings insists it come with penitence.
What kind of language to express,
that is unknown.
We feel somewhat
we hope people comprehend.
It takes a smart one
to know when to bridge in
and when to allow space.
It takes a caring one
to know when to bridge in always
and to be in your space, always
taking a lot of s**t as and when.
It takes an egocentric
to know when to leave you alone
and when to wait forever till your good.
It takes a simple sorry to fix everything
that would defiantly be fixed in a week or more, lull!.
It’s silly and hard to forgive
it’s silly and simple to hold onto.
Rumor has it that letting go
makes one fill lighter than ever.
According to the grapevine,
being sorry without pride
makes it easy to let go
Apparently, sorry should be
the lastODDERofTHEday
Is it?
